This Friday 25th of September we’re having a BBQ at Gerrys Automotive, bangas and slurpys will be provided. Bring your car along or just yourself to have a bit of a shit talk. The dyno will be open, so if you want to zing your car up on the Dyno you can (for $50) however we’re mainly looking at having a bit of a get together.

Revfest is back!

After a couple years absense, Revfest is back and set to hit the Hunter Valley - Cessnock Airport to be exact. I don’t have a heap of info yet, but Mark Arblaster gave me the following details so far :

Details :

Saturday 24th October 2009 from ~12 noon till 7pm.

At Cessnock Airport

Powerskids, burnouts and drag racing events.

Entry costs :

$25 to get in the gate and includes free entry for the Show N Shine.

$80 for entrants into the driving events.

Rules & Prizes :

Cars that appear to be rego’d, so no dungers on their last legs.

Ingham Car and Bike Show 2009!! Never has it taken me so long to recover from an event, Ingham Car show is insane! Big crowds, tough cars, skids all day long, premo show cars on display and pretty ladies all over the shop.

Promo girls are a big attraction at Ingham, sexy girls in bikinis serving drinks at the bar, promo girls in sexy outfits are everywhere you go, not to mention bikini & lingerie shows (vid compilation). Saturday night is hours of enjoyment if you like to perv on beautiful women with next to nothing on and in the Wet T-Shirt Comp NOTHING on!

Not your average burnout event, The Ultimate Burnout Challenge (TUBC) had attracted 87 of Australia’s finest burnout machines, all anxious to vapourise their tyres. Melbournes weather however had a different idea as to how this day would unfold, after the devastating heat of the past few months, the clouds blanketed the morning sky and proceeded to piss down copious amounts of rain. This however didn’t seem to deter the entrants, promoters or Mr Optimistic (Jason Bean aka Loudmouth - pictured above), all of whom were keen to wait out the rain for some burnout action, with $10,000 smackers on the line .
