mate it will be a massive job youd need a robot or jig to keep the car straight and stop it from sagging and if its for street youd have to get an engineer involved (speak to one before you start chopping) and if you could a measuring system with overhaed measurements and a data sheet for the specs it would have to be spot on in the measure otherwise it will be obvious and not look good at all if a 2 door is out of your price range i think doing it this way will probably cost you more in the long run(but thats from a panelshop point of view) from start to finish there would be 2-300 man hours in that job consertivaly if you were paying for labour at about 65/hr
