adam that project looks like a good one.
are you sticking with a carby or going retro and adding say vortech injection or some after market stuff?
by the way we at switched on auto elecs would like to try and help you guys out where ever possible so ill ring you in the next few days and see if we can't work something out!!

This used to be a common conversion as the motors were to $$$ to fix it was cheaper to put in the chev same as jag, Volvo, Patrol etc, Give Archie Robertson a call on 03 97299776 as he specialises in doing conversion's and he does VIC engineer reports (be warned he does not put up with **** as he has been doing them for long time over 20 years) he's the one i would consult.

we're going to go for a carby - started out thinking about the injection route with say a 1uz but they're just too big. Would love any help you can offer mate, speak to you soon

We got hold of a few guys who have done it and they have been really helpful so far. Plus we're up in NSW mate so a vic engineer won't be of much use, but thanks for the input
