bairnsdale 1/8th mile drags 23/1/10

hi guys just letting you know that the drags and burn out comp is on this weekend at bairnsdale, they are having some jet cars up there too, its a great place, there is some of us going up to support them, the gates open at 1pm and racing starts at 3pm, its a good day out .

Please take some video footage while you are there so myself and others can see what its like, So many people in Vic dont even know its there.
Ive been eager to goto the bairnsdale drags for quite a while but i just cant make it. Have fun and good luck with the burnout comp

well jas what an awesomes skid great way to end the night and some great raceing was great to meet you and hope to be able to catch up again soon maybe give ya some blue oval compitiion lol

yeah had a good time at the bairnsdale meet, had a bit of trouble finding traction, only problem was that my torana had fuel problems just before the finals!

and that the racing was cancelled because of some d!ckhead thought it would be a good idea to swing some doughnuts and blow the treads in the staging lanes throwing rubber and belts over the track! and some one set a fire work off and started a grass fire behind the toilets! burnouts werent run till 1 o'clock in the morning!

highlights were seeing badnews fx holden throwing the front treads in the air every time he stabbed the throttle

and the guy in the vl who tryed to drift (poorly) up the strip and made it 30 metres and found the armco!

nugget!
although these incidents i'll go back there but i think they need to get more control over the event, not many people knew what was going on!

hi pro pain yes i seen your car there looked good shame you had problems with your gas set up hope to see your car there running better again
