Well everyone has already said everything I wanted to.
This really p!sses me off. Just when you think we may be getting somewhere for our car culture a pack of c0ckless thugs have to go and make all our progress void.

I saw on facebook that there was going to be a gathering of some sort. I thought it looked dodgey and turns out it was.

It will be very hard to try and get the media on proper car enthusiasts side, but we have to try and do something to seperate us from them wingnuts!!

Watched the news before then seen those morons on you tube,unfortunatly they have labled them as rev heads,correct me if Im wrong but there is a lot of difference between rev heads and those farking **** heads smashing windows and robbing car parts

Saw all this riot outbreak on tonights news (now its all over the country)and thought it was in America, until the Easternats cancellation was mentioned. It was unfortunate that the media referred to these oxygen theifs(I like that term) as car enthusiasts. Oh For F**ks sake!!! For 40 years Ive been to every form of motor sport/ event and virtually every enthusiast fan has some form of shirt , jacket cap relating to Holden, Ford, Chev, Chrysler or some sort of auto business or performance part.
After looking at the video,all I could see were hundreds of non-auto related dickheads causing malicious damage and lots wearing hoodies . (I believe its not that cold yet Ha Ha) These HOODS dickheads and morons have ruined our interests for a long time to come through their stupidity with something they had no involvement with. God , help us?

where the **** were the cops, why did it take so long for them to get there, this poor blokes store, **** me they ruined it. and they have totally ruined all the good work the genuine melbourne car community have put into there image. if i was in melbourne anywhere near this i wouldnt take my car out at all. this is all the fuel the cops and media needed to give you genuine guys a hard time.
i really hope the police do there job and charge these morons there is enough clear evidence and pics of these morons in the act.
i cant beleive it still. its a sad day for motorsport and another nail in the coffin

I just watched a youtube vid saying that the Owner of the store faces about $20,000 worth of damages. So i reckon the idea of helping him out would be good. Poor bloke.

ohhh no. i can tell you who the guy was who was behind this if they dont know. he had a page on facebook under the name on "prinnynats". the page is now gone. i suppose he doesnt want to get charged for organising a riot etc. NATHAN LEWIS you, sir, are now responsible for what will happen to the car enthusiast community. it was because of your blatant stupidity that you have brought this down on us all.

That does sound a bit on edge, but who is to say that he just wanted a large demonstration or a riot. A lot of things can be taken out of context.

Don't know if it will do anything, but i have just been on the today/tonight and ACA websites and told it like it is in their "Fair Go" section.

after watching a few times it gives me the sh1ts the peices of sh1t fcuking c0cksuckers have fcked things up deluxe if i lived in melbourne i wouldnt be taking my car out for weeks as the police will be thinking he drives a modified car he must support these ar5e clowns all you melbourne blokes need to get on all the news media web sites and tell them the way it is as it will take many numbers before the mainstream media looks at them and thinks there is something to this as genuine car people are distancing themselves from these scumbags... went to a car show in penrith tonite and the only burnout or anti social behaviour was in the shopping centre carpark across the road by a fcuktard in a 6 pack el falcon the authoritys need to be shown its not the bloke with the modded or tuff car its the fcukers in the sh1tters that fcuk it up it really sh1ts me when people do sh1t like this around proper events as when the police are there their cars dont get looked at but entrant with cars get picked off ...does my fcuking head in.............rant done

Just found this article on Yahoo 7 website.....its a lot better than what they have been saying all day about the 2000 hoons....at least this writer is separating us "fans" from the morons who did this.... and the possibility that these dicks had nothing to do with the car scene and actually just went there to cause trouble. Maybe a small win for us responsible car nuts :)
