Default Collector Length

G'day Guys,
I have a 355 Holden stroker and need to put 4" collectors on my extractors. Can anyone tell me how long I should make these?

i would be thinking a 4 inch collector is a tad massive for a 355

There is no replacement for displacement
If you have it under control you dont have enough Power

collector size is related to system size and or flow

and should not messed with if max power is desierd. tuned lenght extractors is all you need provideing you know the flow and port size of your head or know if it is a stock head

Exactly what is tuned length? I was told by my engine dyno guys to go 2' secondaries into 4' collectors. They have done this on a few 355's they have run and that is where they have had the best figures.
