I love this - fat older bloke shows that you don't need to be super fast or strong, just know where to hit and how to react to different situations.

only way to fight that is bring a gun and stay your distance ( then again they would probly catch the bullet  )steve

if thats fair dinkum thats awesome!! hows how the taller bloke walks up to the tubby bloke and ya barely see his left arm move and the other bloke is on his ass!!
and how that fit looken bugger is useing the fat bloke as a punching bag and he get no response but one little tap from tubby and he's done!!priceless

I wonder how someone likethat would go in the UFC? There was a russian who use to dominate UFC wasn't there?
@TUF253 - notice how he hits in certain spots? Looks like he is going for the sternum to upset the diaphragm in some of them - looks like a very dangerous bloke. I love how he disarms the guys with guns or his sitting down take down of attackers.

I saw a doco once on The system & it was very impressive, The ony martial art I have ever seen that teaches you about fighting off a group of people all at once ( not a group of people standing around & attacking 1 or 2 at at time but being set upon by 7 or 8 at once) down side is its not taught many places though from what I remember.
