Default What is this GIMP'ed Car?

I was thinking of cheap modified cars that would be somewhat inexpensive to do, that are unique.. and not just another Holden or Ford on the road, and I came up with with this.

J'yep. Magna. I was thinking a 2003 shell that was lightly modified cosmetically (and cheaply) could be a better option than splurging a few thousand+ grand for the usual.
