Default Turbo & Dose Pipes

hey all, i was just wondering, for my '94 honda prelude Si 4 cylinder Unleaded Multi-point injected 2.3L (2258cc)

i want to install a turbo system with a dose pipe, intercooler and pod filter
now, the main purpose for this procedure is to get my prelude to make that dosing STU TU TU sound

yeah i dont know much about all this atm but im just asking for your help in what to get and the price im looking at and most importantly, what makes that sound

I think you are referring to the blow off valve
that makes the noise between gear changes
or theres the screamer pipe which comes off the external waste gate
which is illegal to vent to atmosphere (should be plumbed back to the exhaust)

its just a pipe put on the front of the turbo, but just get some loud speakers mounted outside your car a play that noise, sounds like a pretty expensive exercise to make noise.

I agree with 1TUFFHK, sound like an expensive exercise just to make a 1/2 second noise.
If you want to spend the money, why don't you trade your Prelude on a used rexxy or something. That way, turbo is already done, and it willl have mods of somesort anyway, most likely a fully sick blow-off valve.
Just stick a fully hectic 5" milo tin on the exhaust, and TA-DA!

1. Buy turbo car
2. Make all piping from the front of the turbo to the air flow meter in metal
3. Block off any blow off valve
4. Cruise the cross and meet up with some VL turbo boys.
5. Dose
6. Profit?
