Default mustang blows up big time

a video from calder drags and a mustang in the left lane sh!t its guts big time! dosent look there was much grip to be had there that night! getting more common at calder!

frk what happened there big blow up cloud of smoke seem to appear then the flame ,but it wasn,t a jap blowing up it was a mustang

yeah he thought it was a jap crap car but later realised it was just a mustang, it was the cve haleys comet mustang, the blow up was said to be caused be an exploding torque converter from stalling the car up at the line for 20 odd seconds to build up turbo boost

yep my bad, changed the post but couldnt change the title it looked like a japper first time i saw it (stickers down the side) any way she went in a big way as shannon said he stalled it up for too long at the line and overheated the torque converter then kaboom! mostly cause its a ford!

it had a bolt together converter that let go not welded one so i have heard dont know if true or not but sitting to long at stall for any is not good all for them.
