Thanks mate, good to see you again too.

I gave a few rockers a shake to see if there was any lash and a couple of pushrods fell all the way into the sump ! I pulled the intake off and it seems my cam has been smashed up by a wayward rod or 2. Shut the bonnet and wandered off to get some Kleenex to dry my eyes. I have a couple of things on this week but will have it out before Friday. I'll create a thread and post a few pics once its out.

oooo so there is quite a bit of damage then. Watch the vid - the cam cover comes out just as the motor dies

Correct me if I'm wrong but did the gemmi that got 2nd run clean off the pad,took out a witches hat,4 wheels on the grass,back on the pad,no smoke,all over the show??WHATS THE GEE O
